Seta Kasparian
Attorney and sole practitioner
I took my first juvenile case in my first year of practice and never went back to the adult docket.
I work alone, so you talk to me, not to a team. Calls and messages go to my phone, and I write the plan myself.
Most of my cases are children and teenagers charged with fights, theft, drugs and alcohol, and car cases. I also sit with their families at school meetings, and I file to seal records when the time comes.
What I take
- Delinquency petitions
- Fights and threats
- Drug and alcohol charges
- Theft and shoplifting
- School discipline hearings
- Record sealing

How a first meeting goes
We meet for an hour, in my office or by phone. Bring the summons, the school letter and anything else you were handed. Your child comes too, if they can.
I ask what your child wants to tell me, then what you want to ask me. I read every page before I say what I think.
By the end I can tell you the likely next steps, what each one would cost in time and money, and when you'll have my written plan. I put the fee in writing before you decide to hire me.
A child who understands the plan stays calmer in front of the judge.
Bring what you were handed
A summons, a school letter, a court date. We'll go through it together.
